They have more than just custom meats. They carry more than pork, beef, and your typical butcher's fare. They have a freezer for more odd items like alligator. They also have the best cuban sandwiches around. They are out of the road for us but we think its worth it. Rick is super friendly and helpful. We have been there many times when the lines are short but be aware that they can get super busy and you'll have a bit of a wait. Great place.
