First of all we waited at least 20 minutes for the food, I got the cups when I ordered the food. There was only one person preparing the food. When we got our dbl cheese burgers they did not have any CHEESE. They were only dblburgers.
NO THANK YOU. We were tired waiting. I guess back to McD. FML-

Another banned restaurant for my family. I LOVE burger king and this is the worst one I've been to. I have no idea what they do to the food but its not close to the normal BK standards. One night we ordered a kid's meal for our daughter and waited over a half hour. There were only 3 other people IN the restaurant. People were walking out.
Another night the manager entered the information into the card machine wrong so of course, our debit card was declined. She wasn't paying attention and it was busy but she REFUSED to try it over. There was nothing wrong with the card. We went next door to Taco Bell, used the same card, and got dinner.
