Worst experience EVER! I have a 2001 Prius. Warning light went on, had it towed in and I was told that both batteries needed to be replaced but it was covered under warranty. I left and the light went on. I took it back and was told that they made a mistake and I'm not under warranty because I'm over 100k miles. He then told me it would cost $5000 to fix!
I have documentation WITH my mileage that says the batteries were replaced under warranty for zero cost. Whether or not their rep was sleeping on the job really isn't my problem. They need to honor that warranty.
This dealership is the WORST one out there. DO NOT work with Vitaly. They ordered my car, then lied to me about how long it took to get it. Supposedly it was en route, but VITALY told me that he lied about the car to my face and that it was a mistake. Then I was told my financing rate would be 3.9%, and when I sat down with Tom the SLOW finance person he tells me 7.99%...this was corrected after a large argument. THEN they didnt pay off my trade before another payment was due, so I had to pay BOTH companies in the same month. LORI in finance hung up on me because she was too busy with end of month to deal with the issue. The GM isnt even much help. This is the only review I have ever written on Yahoo! Please trust me and go to Wesley Chapel or one of the other local dealerships. It will be one of the best decisions you ever make. Toyota of Tampa Bay needs a major overhaul before it is worth your business. It has been a headache for me for two months!!!
FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE START TO FINISH: The sales person was friendly and not pushy, the finance people were very professional and went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal, and the service department has been wonderful. I love my Camry and will always go there. I can even hang around there while my car is serviced because they have wireless access, a cafe with great selection of foods and drinks, and a beautiful waiting area with 2 big screen TVs and a playroom for my little ones with videos running. You have to go there. This is the state of the art dealership in Tampa Bay.

Eliza and JS, you're probably right...i mean how could someone possibly say anything nice about anyone? People should only go on here and post if they're mad about something. Seriously, get over it. I used to work there and we had one of the best customer satisfaction ratings of any dealer in sales and service. People never go out of their way to say something unless they didn't get thier way whether they are right or wrong. People like you give dealers a bad name. If they were in the wrong they would fix it all the time, bad customer service costs them too much money. Please grow up.
I bought a Corolla there, and I had no problems with anyone and I got a great deal!......I am NOT the dealer either!
