User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had the same experience, I made them a fair offer and they said no. I too went to another Honda Dealer and they took my offer. I felt bad after I too have bought many bikes there. I won't ever go back, they made me feel cheap.

Bought a brand new bike off the floor. No thank you contact or follow up at all. Took bike home.... ran funny... checked air pressure.... tire down to 20 lbs.... not serviced before delivery.... bad experience indeed.
