| About: | For an alternative to the regular nightclub scene, the Castle is definitely the place to be. Starting downstairs, make your first stop at the black granite bar and order a cold brew or cool cocktail, while the DJ spins classic Goth and Old Wavetunes. Then take the party upstairs where the large dance floor, bar, light show and giant projection screen stand, blasting sounds from New Wave to Electro. All this will keep you entertained till the wee hours. Dress style is up to you, so feel free to wear your most creative costume. Only 18 and above allowed. |

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsYa' GOTH-A SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT...!: This is the Crown Jewel of Gothic Culture in Tampa Bay...Too Funnn... Eternal Halloween, but don't forget that Centro Ybor is in the middle of a ghetto... staying til closing time is not recommended.

From the waterbar(as in the top has water flowing across it) downstairs to the dance room upstairs this place is a goth haven like no other. Great music and the visuals are outstanding.Drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are wonderful. It's the place to be on a weekend night.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Drinks and music in Ybor: Three bars, two dance floors, and lots of people. The upstairs dance floor on a friday night gets alot of traffic. Including Peter Pan and Tinkerbell (who could miss them) It's my favorite night to be upstairs, With DJ Sean and DJ Tom Gold. The bartenders at that bar are awesome, and certainly know how to make one heck of a Russian Queluude! Saturday night's i prefer to be at the down stairs, open air dance floor. Last winter they even had a little fire going and gave out the stuff to make smores. The music on Saturdays in the courtyard is alot like friday nights upstairs, with a few extra songs thrown in. Either night, I make sure I dance until I can't stand up any more.
