The best deal in town for meat and fish!: This market makes shopping easy and quick because all the cases are so well organized and the prices are clearly displayed. Boars Head sandwich meats are at least $1.00-$2.00 per pound less than in the grocery stores which is surprising for a small specialty market. The quality of all meats I have tried is very high yet the prices are so reasonable! My husband & I especially like the teryaki beef kabobs which are as tender as filets. The various choices of marinated salmon are great too. The cooking directions are put on the outside of each item as it is packaged so anyone can produce a gourmet meal, even an inexperienced cook or "griller." If you want to sample the spreads or sausages there are samples available to munch on while shopping.The clerks at the B B Downs store are esp. friendly and willing to please. I try to shop there at least once a week and have never had a bad experience.
