User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI COMPLETELY DISAGREE! Legend Oaks is by far one of the best places I've ever lived. It's definatly not true that all of the apartments have roaches, mines certainly doesnt, obviously you're just dirty. My maintenance request are handled in a reasonable time. And I do not believe "if your not white they wont help you". That is just ridiculous considering that most of the management staff is NOT WHITE. And as far as Marni goes, she made sure my move in went as smoothly as possbile and has been extremly helpful along with the rest of the office staff.

How can you write a reveiw and not mention the broken gates, our main gate hasn't worked in years, cars are broken into every week? How about the bushes and trees that are dead and not removed, the landscaping is really nasty all over except the front when you enter. The only part of the apartments that look good is in the front to make it look nice when you enter. The back of the conplex is nasty. The spa hasn't worked for years, it's a cold and very nasty small pool really. There has been a meter fence broken for months, it covers the electric meters so it looks nicer here, but one has been on the ground and broken for over two months and not one person has fixed it or cleaned it up. It isn't the staffs fault it's the ownership that stinks. I agree that I too have roaches here and there and I am very clean but with eight units in the two bedroom buildings you are sure to have someone who is dirty and won't let the bug man in to spray. Then you will have roaches. I put down bait and let them in to spray. Marni's only job it seems is to make sure apartments get rented after that she doesn't care because she doesn't live here. Would you if you left this place every night to go to your nice home and not live here? I think anyone who works here should have to live here and see it for themselves, then they would care.
If you come here ask to see the spa and other pool area. Drop by at night and see for yourself how nasty the garbage area is. People just throw trash around the property. We have alot of people who don't care that live here. They won't complain because they are afraid they will be kicked out by Marni who heads the office here. She threatens people with eviction all the time. Some of the other staff in the office are really nice but don't catch her on one of her bad days.
