My partner and I decided to head to Tampa for the weekend. We weren't very familiar with the area, especially Ybor City. We searched for a place to have dinner on 7th Avenue and found Carmine's Seventh Avenue. We were very pleased with our decision to dine there. The Roast Pork and rice with black beans was incredible. The shrimp appetizer was great too. The staff and atmosphere were very pleasant. It was great to see an eclectic mix of gay and straight patrons. Right down the street at the mini mall is the Marble Slab if you want great ice cream or frozen yogurt. Two thumbs up!

Me and my girlfriend went there expecting to have a nice casual meal..the atmosphere was great we loved how it was set up. Unfortunately the service was terrible and the food was just alright. It took our server 10 min just to come take our order, but no time at all for her to NOT bring us the drink we ordered. The cheese fries were really good! but the chicken marsala tasted like teriyaki chicken which if your expecting teriyaki it wasn't bad. Everything just seemed really unorganized or perhaps just understaffed. I will not be going back.
