JUST GOT A HAMBURGER AT STORE#2515 ON WEST HILLS AVE IN TAMPA. NO ONE HANDING OUT FOOD HAD GLOVES ON NOT EVEN THOSE WHO ALSO HANDELED MONEY
I know I'm not returning to this company at all! Now I remember why I haven't been there in nearly a year.
When I pulled up to the DT there were only 2 cars ahead of me. When I pulled up to the ordering mic, I barely understood a distorted "gimme a minute" and then nothing. I sat there for OVER 20 minutes and still nothing. I would've just left, but you can't get out of line due to the DT's setup.
It was so bad that numerous cars pulled up behind me and were blowing their horns at me! As if I could do anything. First time I politely responded with "Can I please place my order?!?" After that kept going for another 10 minutes, I wasn't anywhere near as polite!
Once the cars ahead had pulled off (BOTH cars were completely cleared out prior to them asking for my order) I just pulled up to the cash window and requested an explanation. She just said, "We're under staffed and doing all kinds of things"
I was appalled and took off out of there. No way I'm investing even one red cent to that company! What a way to start a "Happy Birthday"! Go figure..
Of course I tried contacting consumer relations, but they have NO email or internet contact and by phone is strictly M-F 9am til 5pm. Which is of course the same as what I work. I guess they don't want to make it simple or convenient for us to contact them. That is a sign of a franchise not wanting to hear from us in my opinion! ..
IM NOT COMING BACK: I STOPPED AT THIS BURGER KING ON HILLSBOROUGH ON THE WAY TO WORK THIS MORNING AND ORDER A NUMBER 2 MEAL MEDIUM. WHEN I GOT MY ORDER THER WAS NO RECEIPT BUT I DIDNT WORRY TO MUCH ABOUT IT. WHEN I GOT TO WORK INSTEAD OF MEDIUM HASHBROWNS I GOT A SMALL NOT ONLY THAT I NOTICE AN ANT CRAWLING ON MY HASH BROWNS & THREW IT OUT. THEN MY CROSSIANT WAS STALE I LOST MY APPETITE I PLAN ON NOT RETURNING & REPORTING THIS. ILL STICK TO MCDONALD'S
