   FIRST NAME IN BABY AND TEEN FURNITURE-HUGE SELECTION- HAND FINISHED-BIGGER DRAWS THAT GLIDE EFFORTLESSLY OWNERS AND STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE -THE MOST COMFORTABLE NURSERY CHAIRS I HAVE EVER SAT IN-AND NOW THEY ADDED BERG FURNITURE FOR THE MORE CONTEMPORY TASTE - ACCESORIES THAT ARE NOT FOUND ANYWHERE-A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE-I BOUGHT TONS OF EVERYTHING AND MOST OF IT WAS CUSTOM DESIGNED FOR ME

   Blah: Saw the rave reviews....but my visit was just blah! Didn't experience the wonderful staff....walked around 20 minutes ignored and the prices are HIGH!

   Great Service: Okay, they're pricey, and yes, the furniture is no longer made in Italy, but rather in China (though they remind you that it's still of Italian design). Still, I give them 5 stars because the overall experience is so positive. The furniture is high quality and beautiful -- something you can use for many years and that will grow with your child -- which, in my opinion, makes it a better bargain than cheap furniture that you will only use for a limited time. They have a few ridiculously overpriced items (overpriced everywhere, they're not Bellini's pricing flaws) like Bugaboo strollers for nearly a grand, etc., and some pricey accessories, but overall, if you shop carefully you can feel great about what you're getting for the money, and have a little left over to splurge on a fun accessory or two. Best of all, though, is the service. The staff are helpful without hovering, they know the product lines well, and they are welcoming to everyone. Mary, in particular, is wonderful. I love going in the store and I'm glad we chose to furnish our baby room through them. Oh - their rocking/gliding/reclining chair selection is great, and they're all comfortable. A comfy chair is a must-have for expectant parents, and you have to try them out to know how comfy they really are. Bellini's has by far the best chairs we tried.
