User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI contacted them via Boattrader about a boat. NEVER in my life have I received such a rude reply as from these people. I asked for some info on a repo boat and they basically told me to get lost - they didn't get paid to answer questions - I would not recommend them to anyone until they learn to respect people. NOT GOOD ENOUGH OUTCAST WATERSPORTS!!!! SHAME ON YOU

bought a 1998 seaark deck boat from them put boat in water started to sink in 45min took the boat back to them to repai and went to check on repair and found they were going to jb weld the holes in transom i refused the repair an demaned my money back.if anyone buys a boat from them beware the dam thang will sink alligators like to chew on you in fl

Personal view is that they sell you a boat to get you into their service center. Then they stick you with repair bills to make the money that they did not get when selling you the boat. This is from experience with a 2006 that we purchaced. After many returns for the same problems, and talking with the owner John, who actually told me the problem with the boat, who should have fixed the problem from the very 1st day that he had to pick up and attempt to fix. It is felt that they are just wanting you to bring the boat into their service center and then charge you a heafy fee for the repairs. Things that should have been repaired under warranty(their problem), and not to be put off blaming the owner for the problems that was there when purchased. Just wish I could give this bussiness and half a star. They do not deserve such a high rating.
