My car could not start and I towed it over there. Next afternoon a guy told me the evaluation price of the labor fee for changing a main fuse was$285 and this guy suggest me using Toyota manufactured parts cause I brought a main fuse bought from auto parts. This was only the first step of the work, after that, they would check where the problem was, evaluate and told me how much more I should pay. I stopped him and told him leave my car over there, I would towed it away. I fixed my car totally spending $175 including a new battery and all the labor fee at another toyota mechanics on the anderson st.This is the first time I came there and I am sure I will never never come back again.
I have never written a review and even though I doubt it won't change anything here it goes. I took my car in to be serviced and while I was in the waiting room a situation began between 2 of the service personnel. They began arguing (out loud mind you) and then started to involve the other employees. One of them called the other outside where they began to speak even louder. Every customer waiting was now looking on in amazement. There were doors slamming, employees talking loudly across the room about the situation and shouting. I believe this situation got way out of control, someone should have stopped it a lot sooner than they did. This is a situation that should NEVER have happened in front of customers. This is not customer service.
The worst service around. I brought my car in a while back for air conditioning serv. since the a/c wasn't getting very cold. I told them I thought I was loosing freon. After a day in there they said that they "Couldn't find a leak, but had refilled the freon." (Where did they think the Freon was going?)The A/C worked ok for a little bit until it completely stopped working. I brought it back in and they did loan me a car after much persuasion and after a few days they finally replaced the A/C compressor. I had them also do a routine oil change and tire rotation. I had to wait extra time for them to "clean it." Once I got it back it had grease hand prints all over it and there were BOLTS AND NUTS in the hood well next to the engine. In fear that they hadn't put everything back together well I brought it back for them to check out. Another day later and they said it was all fine but apparently they left leaves in the system that periodically blow out at me while driving and lessen the cooling affect as they work their way out. My husband now noticed that my car was shimming so I asked my new mechanic Sean of Fusion (on Nebraska)to check it out. He said they cross threaded the lug nuts on my rear tire. That was an accident waiting to happen let alone if I ever got a flat! That had to be replaced as well. Unless I am forced to go back for my A/C I will never go there again and seriously hope that you save yourself time, sanity, and money and never go there either.
