User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNever Shop There: I stopped by Sam Ash not too long ago wanting to buy some sheet music for my students. I got up to the front; and was waiting a long time and ended up putting it back. What I saw was a complete lack of team work. I saw a girl just seating there talking to other coworkers while the phone kept ringing. A customer was waiting in line by that register and she looked up and said "Can you take them I'm busy". I looked over, appalled for that person was already taking multiple customers and was answering the phone she refused to answer as well. I know this kind of thing goes on at every store where there will be good workers and the lazy ones however, this store has the worst team work ethic I have every seen in my life. Unless you delegate the work better amongst workers and stop giving all the work to the ones that end up picking up the slack for the incompetent workers I can guarantee I will never shop there again and make sure my friends and my students' parents know that this is a bad place to stop to buy their kids band instruments and accessories.
