About:If you are looking for great shows at reasonable rates then find your way to the State Theatre. This place plays host to jazz, blues, punk and other concerts. With heavy glitzy interiors, the ambiance truly reeks of the '80s. Admission prices are not very expensive, hence drawing crowds is not much of a problem for this venue. Make sure you book your tickets well in advance.

    NOT WORTH THE TIME!
    The “Staff” are asses and need to be rained in by the owner. No place to sit, and the bands could be better; unless you like young bands that REALLY need to work on their act.
    You are better off trying Club Bourbon Street – New Port Richey, Carlie’s – Pinellas Park, or Tigers Sports Bar & Grill – Largo.
    You get more for the money, friendlier staff & a place to sit!

    State Theatre: This venue is awesome!
    They always have great shows and the staff is very friendly.
