About:Grab a seat in one of Vallarta's brightly colored booths and prepare to spend some time with the menu. The authentic restaurant offers a vast selection of traditional Mexican dishes and house specialties, served in generous portions. The fajita dinners are fantastic and enough for two. Many patrons also come here for a light lunch and relish on the various vegetarian dishes served absolutely hot!

    This is the best mexican food through out the Tampa Bay Area. The Texas Margarita's is the best. We eat here two to three times a month. We always sit and relax at the bar with a Texas Margarita and enjoy friendly conversation with other. The owner and I came from the same location. (We got stuck in Lodi, Ca.) Love this place.

    We Love this Vallarta's! The servers and the atmosphere are fun!! The food is good & the margaritas are wonderful. Much better than the Vallart's on Anderson (stay away from that one!).
