User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is a great place to buy authentic Italian grocery items. They have wonderful prepared meals, a fantastic selection of meat and also fresh baked goodies. They also carry seasonal vegetables and so many types of pasta that it will make your head swim! This is a fantastic place to shop. Try it, you won't be sorry!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Italian In Town!!: This place is amazing! It's what you would expect to find from an Italian supermarket/diner that has been serving the area for over 50 years! As you walk in the doors surrounded by garden fresh tomatoes, you get the feeling you have steeped into something special. The right side if the building is the market side, anything you could want Italin is there. Ten different olive oils, Fresh fruits and veggies, deli meats, cheeses and much more. To the left is the restaurant side of the building. You can find a great selection of lasagnia, calzones, salads, and any other Italian dish you may want. In addition they have a sandwich menu with arguably the best italian grinder ever made!! (no joke) The store really has too much to offer for me to try and list all the great authentic italian items here. Did I mention all the home made desserts and gelato? Anyways, the ambiance is like an old world cafe and is a superb lunch setting, but if your looking to impress with marble statues and fresco walls, this isn't the place. What this place does is make up for it's lack luster appearance with straight, no frills authentic Italian food, and lots of it. So if your looking for a quaint place to have lunch or for some hard to find Italian groceries, this is just the place. But get there early, lunch crowds gather quickly and can create longer wait times.
