User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe sales people in the used car department are unlike any used car salesman I've ever seen! Frank and Bob were friendly, helpful, listened to our needs and were able to get us what we wanted AND financed! With horrible credit, we didn't think that was possible. After a horrible 2 day ordeal with another dealer, this was like a breath of fresh air. We were in and out with a great car in under 2.5hrs.
They listened, were understanding, responsive, and got us exactly what we wanted. I'll not buy a car from another dealer again.

I have had my Honda Fit for 2 and a half months and have had 10 visits to Brandon Honda. They damaged my rims by inproperly removing them, they scratched the car when removing the dealership logo, ordered the wrong front mask, installed front mask incorrectly, and best of all sent me home on a tire that was defective that was unsafe to drive on. I wish I would have never bought a Honda. I should have stuck with Toyota.
