Okay, word of advise don't buy any car without an extended warranty. I have had to use mine and it helped take the pain of bringing in the car and leaving it with them much more tolerable.
If you have to take your car in see Angie Fleming (Brandon Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep) she's so efficient and fast.
My wife & I were mislead into believing that the $115.00 diagnostic fee will be applied to any repairs done on my car; however, was told by the so-called service manager that such fee can (only) be applied to major repair items. I was forced to pay the fee since the dealership was holding my car hostage. If you decide to do potential business with this service dept --- get everything in writing first or be prepared for the possible bait & switch deal & not to mention about their wildly inflated labor/parts charges -- have your blank home equity check ready to hand it over. Shame on you service manager & service rep. You made my future decision towards any car repairs easy --- i'll keep my car far-far away from the poor service center!!
I bought and 'o8 Avenger. It was one of 4 in the USA that had a problem with the auto start that nobody knew how to fix. Chrysler engineers fianlly figured it out after 19 days of which I had to rent a car. Thankfully I had bought the extended warranty. It paid for the first 10 days of the rental. The service dept. manager says Chrysler will take care of the other 8 days. All in all I am satisfied with the service dept. Phone calls are something else, sometimes.
