User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy girlfriend said she has been using them for 14 years, now i know why. I took my laptop to 2 other places first. One told me I needed a whole new system and the other said my hard drive died and everything was gone including all my pictures. They were able to replace the part & get all my stuff back. I'm never going anywhere else & I'm going to tell everyone what they did for me. I feel stupid when it comes to computers, but they made me comfortable.
