User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMr. Galia was very responsive and EXTREMELY fair! I was able to find a vehicle I liked at the most favorable cost as compared to dealerships around Florida.
I used the USAA Vehicle Buying Service. The price quoted was the best and the actuall cost did not deviate due to add-ons, etc. There was NO dealer pressure at all!-

We walked in , asked to drive one, and really felt like we were interupting their day. The guy didn't tell us his name, anything about the car, if we were buying leasing, or anything. The guy TOTALLY wasn't interested in helping us, he acted annoyed that we caught him walking in between offices, and we interrupted his video game play or nap. We are buying a Scion, but not from these folks, obiviously they don't want the business!

I purchased a New Tundra at this location. My salesman was Ryan, he was AWESOME. We test drove the truck, came back to his office discussed the price, walked out paying less than what we anticipated initially. He even went and bought my wife and I sweet tea's while we did the paper work with the business manager. In and out in about 4 hours. Would definatly go back to this location to purchase another vehicle. We origially went to Wesley Chapel Toyota and the sales rep didn't even want to look for the truck we wanted he wanted to sell us the most expensive truck they had on the lot
