The advertisements say it is full service, and they will take care of your every need. Nothing could be further from the truth. They sell you a bill of goods and, once you've bought in, then say you're asking too much and they don't have the staff to cover everyone if they need anything other than the standard things and services offered. There is an obvious lack of concern. On another occasion, I visited a family member(in the assisted living facility)only to find her in in her bed with bugs crawling on her. I wonder when was the last time somone checked on her? When it was reported, they didn't seem all that concerned. It is a shame such a nice looking and expensive community isn't staffed with comparable people. Wish we would have gone somewhere else.
THE BEST OF THE BEST: WHAT A BEAUTIFUL FACILITY. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I am going to Aston Gardens today to inquire about a caretaker position. As I was looking up their address, I came across your post. I have a hard time believing this review or I wouldn't be going there. I've been in this business most of my life and it is people, like yourself, who try and ruin the name of a reputible facility, all because they think their relative is the ONLY person being cared for. Shame on you! I've also seen, countless times, where the relatives just cannot be satisfied no matter what the caretakers do for their loved one. Maybe you should be more appreciative towards those who take care of your responsibilities.
