Well I went to look up Nissan's # to ask a question about my Nissan and read these reviews while I was on hold. I also had a very bad experience with them when I needed my car repaired when someone rear ended me. It took forever, and I had to take my car back twice afterwards because they left all kinds of things loose, didn't put the trunk back together right and when I got the car back there was a squeaky noise from somewhere and when I took the car back for that noise twice they said they couldn't hear it and said it wasn't from what they repaired it was in the front and they have nothing to do with that. Well if they knew it was from the front THEY HEARD THE NOISE! I don't trust them either. I figured I would take my Nissan to a Nissan dealership to be repaired after the accident thinking they were the most qualified to do this and OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE NOT. Again...corporate trained to rake in as much $$$$ for their store as possible. Find a mom & pop mechanic, and stay away from the Corporate scams that are out there today. It's sickening!
If you like to be quoted one thing on the phone and then go in and get another price when you pay, this is a great place. I worked at a Nissan Dealership and we would have been ashamed at how this place was run. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, in every dealership from here to tim buck two that means what it says, tire rotation and oil change. Here it means, oil change tire rotation with alignment and balance and they don't tell you about it until you see the charge on your statement. Very tricky this place, my advice, call someone else.
Their sales department are mediocre not the best and not quite the worst, but I wouldn't recommend their service department at all. Every time I took my car there the estimated time is always off by a lot. Also the parts always took forever to come, don't know if its the manufactorer or them. I had once try to get a key dupicated it took them almost a month to get it copy.
