I can not say enough about the food and service at Middle Grounds Grill. We live outside of New York and have access to the best of the best when it comes to restaurants. I have to say I have truly not had a better meal in years. The food was amazing, everything we ate was not only appealing to the eye, it was absolutely delicious. I believe the sea bass dinner I had was the best I have ever tasted. The atmosphere was wonderful and the service was top notch. We had our daughters wedding reception dinner there and the owners and staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Our Server Michael was professional, friendly and just plain great to work with. I would truly recommend the Middle Grounds Grill for dinner to be sure but also if you are planning a small party consider this restaurant. Again I can not say enough about the Middle Grounds Grill, you really have to give it a try. I rarely write reviews but this restaurant deserves all the praise it can get. Thank you to everyone there for making our visit to Treasure Island so special.

I have never been to Middle Grounds Grill but I plan on visiting next week after hearing that the staff is amazing the manager himself delivered wine to a guest at a hotel next door. Five stars for that kind of service. I heard the food is amazing and they treat you like a five star guest no matter what you are dressed like and that is fabulous in the plastic world we live in. High fives to the staff and especially to management because you achieved what most restaurants dream of but never accomplish. Your restaurant must hire only the highest professionals of integrity which is a rare quality indeed. PS Mother's Day is not the day to judge a restaurant because everyone from everywhere will be out on that special day..
