    Have visited Middle Grounds Grill several times over the past year. I would say the food and atmosphere is great. Service is unsurpassed in the Tampa/St. Pete area. Each and every visit has been a differnt experience for the palate.

    The food is great, each time I have visited I try something different. I find each time amazing food in taste, tecture, and temprature. As well presentation is superb.
    The setting is great if you find yourself having time to look around, the glass sculptures, as well as the light fixtures. The bathrooms are also very interesting with a pounded copper sink with mother of pearl finish.
    The staff has always been very friendly and accomidating. I have never been dressed to impress on arrival at Middle Grounds Grill. Although often I have felt under dressed as they have a slightly upscale atmosphere. Not once have the staff every made me or the company I am with feel unwelcome. This is one place in the area That has found a way to do everything right.

    I've lived here for over 30 years and up until now Salt Rock was my favorite, not any more. Middle Grounds has taken over as my all time favorite restaurant for the food and drinks. I had the Chef's special of the night, the Sea Bass and it was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. The pineapple martinis are to die for. The service was excellent also. So if you are looking for a special nite out and good food and service, this is the place you want to go. Can't wait to go again.

    Great food! Great atmosphere! BEST "made-from-scratch" Sangria's we've EVER had! As we watched Mike, the bartender make 3 LARGE Sangria's for another patron, we decided we HAD to try one!....which led to two!!! Visited Middle Grounds grill on March 7, 2009. We will definitely add Middle Grounds to our frequent Hot Spots!
