Just ordered a part (rear turn signal coincidentally) over the phone and the guy was very helpful and professional. I first looked to get the part on line (as I do most of my shopping), but the delivery times were 7 to 10 days as opposed to 4 days from these guys. The base price was lower on line, but when you calculate the $14.63 for shipping the price was higher than I paid with these guys. I too would avoid a place with terrible customer service, but people are transient and sometimes have a bad day (or competitors make up the comments). My experience was good and the turn-around time excellent.

Thanks greenbeagle... I WAS going to go there and buy a couple of motorcycles, but after reading your review I decided to go to Barney's Honda.

Thanks for the honest review you gave. I don't deal with rude people and that punk sounds like that - a rude punk.

What a Deal- Leon is great: This is probably the best place in the Tampa Bay area to get a new Kawasaki. Leon gave me a great price, lower than suggested retail and I love my Z750s. There is no pressure to buy and the atmosphere is very friendly. I recommend this dealership to everyone wanting a Kawaski. Give Leon a call, he is great to talk to.
