A Waste of Money!: They are unreliable- they cancelled afew times on their part to finally get to me. When they do, they send an incompentent person who took 5.5 hours total for a 3 hour job. Did not do all the housework that they were asked to do.Did not have the common sense to do something that was part of the particular chore they were doing, IE: dusting ALL of the furniture in the room, or dusting All 3 shelves on a 3 shelf the shelving unit. Took as much time to do 4 loads of laundry and i had to help on every load even. The 3.5 hours didnt even complete the 4 loads. Used their cell phone at least 5 times for family calls in a 2.5 hour period. When I called to complain, I was told it was my fault because I had picked the day I wanted them here. As it was they had a 1.5 week notice... Guess they need a month notice, but plan on their cancelling untill they decide they want to arrive.
Should have known you get what you pay for! they were 18.00 per hour with 3 hr minimum...then they leave 2 hours early the first day so they have to come back again.
