Lot of potential: I've played this course three times within the last year. It's challenging but not overly so. All three times played have been in the summer so the greens have been a bit burned out, but not to the point where they're unplayable.
The fairways are of average width and are in good shape w/ typical Bermuda grass turf. Most holes are well bunkered. Fun and very reachable from the tips. Clubhouse has nice ammenities and practice areas are well maintained.
A lot of work is being done to improve the course as was evidenced by crews filling fairway bunkers and the addition of tee boxes on some holes to add yardage. Scorecard doesn't show course layout, and the signs by the tee boxes don't either, so be wary of the water on a couple of holes or you'll drive it right in there.
