The food may be good, but the customer service is truly unbelievably poor. After receiving a delivery order that was verified by the store as incorrect I offered to keep the food which I had paid for in cash and already opened in exchange for a credit. I was told that my only recourse was to wait for my order to be redelivered (it was 9:30 @ night) or take the food to the store to get my cash back. The phone attendant agreed that this was absurd, but that it was a policy of ALL Westshore Pizza franchises...according to employees who had worked at the store for "at least 5 years". Of course no store manger was avaliable. I will be returning the uneaten food tomorrow for my refund! Advice: Dont' order delivery!
A+ for pizza size. Westshore doesn't have small, greasy pieces or chunky Chicago-style sandwich-pizza's. You get a big, tasty slice (just $2.25 for cheese).
I've got wings and a chicken caesar on the way was we speak. Service is great and timely. And staff's super friendly, even over the phone.
I definitely reccomend Westshore over Pizza Hut, Papa's and especially Domino's.
Monster Calzone: Formerly a New York pizza parlor, you walk in to this "Philly-style" joint that's modeled after a New York City subway station. But even though this is a chain, the food is great. $5 lunch specials get two slices of pizza and unlimited drinks. The Philly cheesesteaks are juicy and gooey, and then there's the calzone... About as big as a pizza, filled with cheese and toppings, and smothered in garlic butter. Incredible, and not bad for the price.
