Crown Honda

Crown Honda:
never buy a vehicle from here. not unless you are into S&M becuase that is basically what it feels like when you are dealing with these salespeople.
The attitude was poor and arrogant. Here is their selling point:
1. I don't need to sell you a Honda, they sell themselves. Well good, cause they can "buy" themselves as well.
2. The salesperson was downright rude. His attidute was that "Well, i was doing this for 30 something years and i know everything. You are a mere peon in the grand world of Honda. Bow before me and buy my car."
3A. The whole Honda Quality - I don't care that you compare my honda to Chrylser to Toyota. You are in the wrong car dealership if you don't like my price.
3B:Let me ask you, the buyer, a question. Who makes the payments on that $30,000 vehicle. YOU DO!!!! you set what price you want for that and be prepared to walk, if they don't meet it. If Crown Honda does not, There is Palm Honda, there is Tampa Honda, and Autoway Honda and Brandon Honda. And if Honda feels that they are too good for you, then there is Toyota, GM, Ford, Chrylser (Lifetime warranty bumper to bumper and lifetime on powertrain). You are making the payments. Not them, you do not owe the dealership a thing, not your time nor your respect nor anything...Give them three months and i think that when inventory begin to build and they cannot move it, they will bargain. Watch what honda is doing to their factories. They are doing what every other car maker is doing inorder to make ends meet. Don't ever feel pressured to buy...Just get up and walk out there are other dealerships and there are other manufacturers.
4. Well, the only thing that the sales rep was right about, was that yes, "Crown Honda" was the wrong car dealership. I went to Autoway, paid a couple of dollars extra and purchased my vehicle from them. They told me what they could do. they tried very hard to accomodate me and they treated me and my family with kindness and consideration. They were upfront and to the point and they "LISTENED" to what i was telling them. It took them 10 minutes to sell me a vehicle.
DON'T SHOP CROWN!!! THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE, THE ARROGANCE, THE RUDENESS AND THE BELITTLING THAT YOU AS A CUSTOMER ARE MADE TO FEEL JUST BECUASE, YOU DARE TRY TO DO WHAT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST FOR YOUR FAMILY.
IF THERE WERE A RATING BELOW AWFUL, I WOULD HAVE USED IT..I AM BEING GENEROUS.
