    The Dimmitt Name has been an automotive steadfast in Pinellas County and the ownership family is top notch. They'd be smart to look into the personnel they hire for their service department. While the work is done properly and on time, the attitude most of the service advisors have had over the years leaves a lot to be desired. You sure would like to feel that they cared about your vehicle but I think they look at the customers as just another number coming through the system. A smile and interest in your vehicle would go a long way. The one really good advisor left the company. I have been having my Chevrolet serviced at another facility because of this perceived lack of care.
