Well let me start off with, I have used these guys on several occasions, but as of late my GMC 4x4 with 150k on it started making some rather loud racket so I took it in to tires plus for an estimate because they were close to the house. After 1.5 hours they told me well it could be a bearing, brakes tires and a few other things. basically they wanted $1700 to fix something that they went sure was wrong. next was to capital because their add is so warm and fuzzy. they care and Gene he's the owner...what a joke $75 just to put it on the lift and the final bill might be as high as $2100 so fed up with close to the house shops i went back down to Advantage tire. 20 minutes said it was the brakes, rotors and I needed a couple of tires. so I agreed to a complete set of tires and a brake job. $700 no pressure or up sell. saved me over a $1000. they have my business forever. also any supplier who would post business dealings on the net like the first guy here don’t deserve to have business. business is business and it don’t get bills paid when you bad mouth the people trying to earn what they owe you. most likely he was selling junk parts and got caught. To the kid that didn’t listen when he was told the tires you want are too big. People if you are going to post remarks and want people to believe you then they need to be believable remarks not just rantings from an idiot.
