Over the weekend, Cooters provides a variety of daily specials. After your meal, visit the adjoining sports bar and game room for sporting action on one of many TVs. Try your hand at one of the Wednesday night dart tournaments, play video games or roll a perfect game of virtual bowling. User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is the worst experience, food and menu option we have ever experienced. We visited your restaurant on Oct.15th around 3:30pm. Upon arrival we were not greeted just asked how many seats we needed. the hostess seated us at one table and then was told she needed to move us to a different table. The menu had barely anything to order for lunch because we were told we couldn't order off the dinner menu. we were wanting to try stone crab since it was in season for only a few days and we were leaving the next morning to fly home. I ended up ordering a sandwich, which was good, but i was told by the waitress that I couldn't substitute coleslaw for something else without being charged $2 extra dollars. any other restaurant would have let me do this. my boyfriend ended up buy the worst tasting chicken wings. he didn't even eat them all. and to top it all off my poor grandma resort to getting soup because there wasn't anything on the menu. the soup, clam chowder, she said was okay. Refills took way to long to get considering there weren't many customer but there was a lot of employees. we got our check and left. we were never thanked for coming or asked to come back from any employee. We will never recommend this restaurant to anyone EVER!

My friends and I stopped in for Happy Hour (the best on the beach!!!) and stayed for dinner! What a fun place! Service was great! I recommend this place for good food and fun!

First of all, stone crab is in season for another 6 months. Second, I highly doubt that Cooters is the only restaurant you've been to that doesn't allow you to substitute side dishes. Third, almost every restaurant I've ever been to has a separate lunch and dinner menu. And finally, I've eaten at Cooters and they have one of the largest menus I've seen on Clearwater Beach. Clearly you are one of those people who like to complain about everything in life. Have a few cocktails and relax.
