User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsReally Poor Service: This Wendy's is just around the corner where I work and although convenient the service stinks. Today I ordered a chicken combo #7. When paying at the first window I was asked if I wanted a "spicy" chicken sandwich and I said no. I was informed I would have to wait 2 minutes that the chicken I had ordered was in the fryer. When I pulled to the pick up window I was again offered a "spicy" chicken sandwich and again said no. After several moments the girl stated it would be 5 minutes and to pull ahead. In the meantime she gave me my fries and my coke. I waited 6 1/2 minutes after pulling ahead
when they finally brought my order. With all the window chit chat and trying to push the "spicy" chicken sandwich on me my total time after placing my order was about 10 minutes. Time of day was 2:20 PM and there was only one customer in front of me who got their order right away. When I finally got my sandwich my fries were cold and I ended up putting them in the microwave when I got back to work. This location has screwed up my orders in the past and although I call it dosen't get corrected. How can you just return when your on a short lunch period to have your order replaced??? I haven't been here for several months but like i said they are very very close and I gave them another try. My mistake
