Although I am satisfied with the truck,I am most unhappy with the transaction and ensuing lack of cooperation.I live 125 miles from the airport.I purchased a non refundable ticket to Tampa to buy the truck.A verbal commitment by the salesman by phone included a $300. and a $499.discount to buy the truck.Upon arrival at the airport(Atlanta)and after checking in,boarding ticket in hand,in line to board the plane,my cell phone rang, the salesman stated they were going to renege on one or the other. My choice:to abort the sale and lose my $316 airline ticket,or eat the $300.loss.(my ride home had left to return to my home.)I chose the latter.A part of the deal included a $1000.rebate if I financed with Ford(Finance mgr. stated the deal could not be "paid off" until after the 3rd payment.I paid $10,000 down and was prepared to pay more but he said"keep your money, the interest will only be a little over $100.")Here's where I was ignorant,I should have known better than to trust a car dealer.Upon reaching my home computer I discovered that after 3 payments the interest was more than the $1000 rebate.(Point of information,I paid it off 2 weeks after the purchase)Another complaint,I purchased the vehicle on June 24th'09,the dealership didn't apply for my tag until July 16th(3 weeks later)I finally got my tag in early August.Upon calling that my 30 day temp tag was about to run out,I was told that another temp tag would be sent over nite delivery (never arrived)I called again and finally got my temp tag(3 days after the original expired)This was Countryside Ford, not the previous dealership name.I would caution a prospective buyer to get any commitment in writing, signed by a sales manager or higher,Check other dealerships before purchasing, and DON"T take a salesman's word as the truth.I give it one star only because the form will not accept"0"
Great Experience. They gave me a great deal and treated me with respect. The best experience I've ever had buying a car.
I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the last 2 years. Every time I made the mistake of "shopping around" first and found myself being insulted, treated poorly, and unhappy at the other dealerships nearby.
Save yourself alot of time and money - GO TO COUNTRYSIDE FORD!! Everyone there will treat you well, and most importantly, they are honest.

Countryside ford are total crooks, they make promises then sneak things into paperwork, I have talked to several people who have lost thousands of dollars due to this dealerships crooked practices, I am a hard worker, I work for a living, I can't afford to be scammed by these snakes.I hope that anyone reading this does not fall for their lies and just go up the road to another dealer.
