One of the worst experience ever, they will be very friendly with you before you sign the paper. The second you sign that paper the whole attitude change, it is not just the sales man even the manager. They didn't even put the additional plan on there (tint window). I would suggest going to other locations even if this one offer a car for few hundred dollars cheaper.
