Dan nailed it. I am new to the area and my lease was up so I went to Clearwater Toyota because I had seen it many times and it looked new, clean and professional. They are all about the sales and care less about customer satisfaction. I bought/leased 2 new Corollas from them and am still waiting for a credit and referal fee promised 5 weeks ago. I have even had correspondance with the GM and keep getting the run around. NOBODY from this dealership EVER calls you back.

I hated it there the sales staff was the worst I have ever seen! They were rude and didnt seem like they cared about helping me at all! I would never recommend anyone to go and buy a car from them! I left there very unsastified and went to AutoWay Toyota and it was a great experiance the sales staff there were nice and willing to meet all of my needs!!!
