Thsi place in the ultimate ripp-off of all business.
Had a refridgerator that was under samsung warranty but they charged me $269 to "fix" it. The refridgerator has the same problem months after when i get charged once more time $69 for the same issue. Complained to samsung who swapped my unit no question asked but this illegal business still owe me $338 and refuses to refund my money. Next thing to court because their practices are unaccetable for standarts of 2012. And RUDE managers, very rude. STAY AWAY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

Charges $80 something for a house call, but didn't mention that on the call.
After determining the problem with my washer $265. said it would be ordered. 10/13/09
On 10/19/09, I called to see what was happening, and was told that the part was on back order. That they would call when they Knew when it would be in.
On 10/30/09at 4:35 PM (Friday), They called and said it was in. and the earliest to install it would be Mon 11/02/09. I asked when the part had come in and he said yesterday, but we had nobody available until Mon.
I think an awful rating is more appropriate for the company, but the tech seem to be good.
