terrible service: Almost always have to wait a min of 15-20 mins. Today (5-07-07) waited for atleast 15 mins before being the next in line. Got up to the Rep and gave my package. He put the postage and told me the amount. I handed him my credit card. Apparently the credit card system was not working. He said that he would try debit. That was not working either. I asked, what am I going to do now and he asked for cash. I don't carry cash!! He said that it was not the post office, that it was the credit card system. He took the postage off the box and I left with box in hand. You have got to be kidding me! Why did they not make an announcement to the line of people waiting that credit and debit cards would not be accepted at this time...only cash? That was TERRIBLE customer service. Once home, I looked up the phone number to this location and contacted the Manager. She (Sandy) was out to lunch, so I left a detailed message on her voice mail.

Your kidding right. Maybe they did not have to use the credit sytem for some time until you were up next... hmmm maybe they did not know the credit system was down. Lesson learned... we're not a cashless society yet though some have a need to live on the bleeding edge! lol
