User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe spoke w/USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS today Oct 8/09 & spoke with TWO postal employees who told us our International Package was waiting for us at the Seminole Post Office; we sent an employee to pick it up. He returned without the package: the postal clerk told him she couldn't find it and didn't know where it was. He was also told our mail carrier is "new" and "hasn't learnt all the ropes". What we don't understand: (1) the Post Office has a computerized system - why the resultant incompetence; (2) a defensive attitude from the management when the customer tries to offer suggestions for improvement; and (3) no motivation to deliver good customer service.

Nobody is answering the phone. Attempted to alert P.O. that it's Seminole Mall post office container is overflowing with mail.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWait and Wait: I went here yesterday to drop off mail. 18 people in line in front of me and 3 counter persons. Finally after about 15 minutes in line they opened up another counter and the window at the door. So, with 5 staff going, it took from 10:47 to 11:05 to get through this line up. 18 minutes total. This is one slow post office, and it's not even really rush season yet.

i have been waiting on a retirement pkg for days now it was sent out the 9th of may to come to largo... 4 days and still not here , i think i can walk faster then that.. what in the world is the hold up.
oh i forgot to mention it was coming from lakeland fl. only 55 miles away hmmmmmm
