They are a local Family business in Clearwater Florida. Not a Big Corporate Store. I Drive from Lutz to buy vehicles from them and to have them serviced. It's like a family visit when I bring my car in for service. Everyone there is very nice to deal with and they are honest, and sincere in doing business. I would recommend Walker To everyone and I do!
The person above mine sounds like they havent had their vehicle serviced on a regular basis. It sounds to me that Walker Went out of their way to make this customer happy.
Well I can say that our family are happy customers.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Ford Dealer in the Bay Area... THE BEST!: If you are shopping for a Ford around Largo or Clearwater make sure you visit Walker's. They have a very nice, gentle way of doing business and furthermore have plenty of respect. I have only owned Fords and have done business at Freedom Ford. After a couple of big rip-offs in the service department at Freedom Ford, I decided to give Walker's a shot. WHAT A BIG CHANGE from Freedom Ford. You won't be unhappy at the time of purchase or 70,000 miles later if you buy from Walker's.

70,000 miles later hah, I'm at 50,000 miles and I will never shop at walker ford again. This company cost me $450 and then had the audacity to charge me for a new battery when the one I had was only 2.5 years old. Do not shop here, go to Gator Ford it's worth the drive.
the rest of the story -- customer went into walker ford with a faulty battery out of 3/36 factory warranty. walker ford supplied customer with a free loaner vehicle to drive. they diagnosed customers concerns, gave customer an estimate to repair vehicle. he agreed to the price and they installed new battery with a 5 year warrnty and performed a free multi point inspection. returned the vehicle to the customer.
