User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI went into the ice cold air on east bay drive, because one of my front tires was going flat. The manager, Keith was very courtious. Being a woman, as you can imagine I was hesitant about getting my truck repaired. I was assured by Keith that the repair was minor and would only take a few minutes. It was a Saturday and his shop was VERY busy. Keith took my truck and replaced the tire himself. I will be a loyal customer for life, and will send everyone I know to see Keith.

They looked at my Jeep Wrangler that I had to have towed into their shop. They spent a decent amount of time trying to figure out what the problem was. It was a serious electrical problem that they could not fix. They reccomended a specialist repair shop and did not charge me a penny for all the effort they put into solving the problem. It's nice to see there are honest mechanics out there. I highly reccomend Ice Cold Air as an honest repair shop!Thanks for reccomending a repair shop that was able to take care of the problem at a more than reasonable price. Sincerley, Bob C.
