We tried out Eastern Flavor based on some good reviews from other sites. We are definitely crossing it off our list. First, our simple order took twice as long as the 10 minutes they stated it would be ready in. The inside of the place was a dive, not inviting at all. The general tso chicken was about the quality you'd get from the mall, not a real restaurant, and the sweet and sour chicken was worse. The chicken smelled like mcdonalds nuggets, except it was hard and dried out, and the sauce was not edible. I had to make my own sweet and sour sauce just to be able to eat it. The upgraded fried rice was the only decent part of the meal. Even the egg rolls we paid more for were flavorless and had pork in them when we expected just vegetable. The price was not great either, no nice combos with everything like the place we normally go. Please save yourself the trouble and skip this place. The ONLY thing they have going for them is an actual website (and one with a menu at that) that most chinese places lack.
The best Chinese food in the area and a wonderful place to eat.
Great food: Great dumplings.
