    This particular Burger King has REALLY slid downhill. We ordered fish sandwiches to take home today, and the grease was SO rancid, we had to throw them away.

    The manager, mid-afternoon, needs lessons on CUSTOMER SERVICE. He didn't treat US bad, but he did make comments about the people at the drive-thru. So did the girl at the counter, about people inside, who got cold fries.

    Customer SERVICE is just that. TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT. These are people who have NO right to be serving people.

    And change the grease in this place. Disgusting!

    Also, WHEN are they going to REQUIRE people who HANDLE OUR FOOD, to WEAR GLOVES?????????? I watched these people make our food. Never again.
