I've been going to The Clock since I was a teenager. I don't get to go now as often as I used to due to a full-time school schedule, but when I'm studying in the middle of the night and I get hungry, this is where I go. The waitresses are so nice and friendly - they ALWAYS remember you. The food is what you'd expect from a short-order diner, but it's still really good - I'm even a vegetarian and I can still find great choices. There's a reason this place has been around for decades!
The Clock is the type of restaurant which has just about everything on the menu. You can have breakfast there 24 hours a day. The food is really inexpensive for the quantity and quality you get. Also, check out the specials that they have posted as you enter or ask the waitress. The Clock in Auburndale is clean and well managed. The typical serving is large and the price is well below average. I have also found the taste of the food to be very good. It is difficult to find anything wrong, other than sometimes of the day it is rather crowded, but the wait time is very limited. If you are looking for someplace to eat 24 hours a day, this is the place in Auburndale, Florida USA.
Everything is really good. They serve breakfast any time of day or night and the sausage with gravy over biscuts is the best around.
