I went to appliances r us on saturday for an emergency hot water heater tank he sold me a fine quaiity tank that new at lowes would have cost me 500.00 dollars he sold it to me for 150.00 and to find out after buying it, it had a problem but on my reciept he had written guaranteed to work, so after a long weekend and a few days of the week with not hot water, I called and let John know the owner and manager know I was having trouble, he told me no problem will come to you house and see if I can help you. John spent time with me and did what he could to help me and left only to find out that later the tank still wasn't working, so he called me back and said he would be over right away to help me again that was twice in one day and good gracious what a god send he was. He showed up with a brand new tank still in the box and brought it into my house and installed it right there and then with in 1 hour and 13 minutes he had our family up and running with hot water and never charged me another dime. he is a great man. I recomend applainces r us to anyone who is looking for a man with integrity and a good work eithic and a good heart who is looking out for the other man in a time when people are all about themselves. Its hard to find anyone who will go the distance to help a family in need when they also are in need so THANK YOU John of appliances r us You were wonderful for your need help when the weather was cold and severe and you had other customers who could have used you and knowing you needed to be there to make money for your company you took time to help my family and we give great thanks to you and your company for being the good person and business you are we need more business's like yours to take care of america if there were more of you this wouldn;t be the bad place people have made it out to be thank you again your life long customer Mrs. Katherine Riley of Moose drive lakeland fl have a great company and stay honest .....
