I went to get a loan for a car. Was told that I was approved. Only to find out when I get there that they filled out a second application that I was asked to sign (which I did not) stating that my salary was much more per year than the actual amount that I listed on my application. They said that the financing company would not be able to find out whether the additional amount was valid because it could be attributed to over time pay which is a "grey area". I never told them that any over time income was available, much less that they could go ahead and add income in over time pay (10K plus). Obviously, Kevin and Rick are not honest people and pretty much demand that the customer go along with their fraudulent activity. Had I been told that I could not get financed for the loan on my salary, I would have simply thank them for their time and walked away. I am filing this complaint to hopefully assist others in not being faced with the same situation and to expose their fradulent ways. Dishonesty is not something that I appreciate, even from a car salesman. Also consumer beware, should you go along with the farce, you will later find out that the financing company WILL find out that you do not make as much money as was stated on the application and you WILL be stuck with the car loan at whatever rate and terms the financing company is willing to give you at that time. You WILL not be able to return the car and get out of the loan at that time. Don't be fooled, the dealership has nothing to lose on the transaction, but you WILL. Note: In all fairness this transaction took place at the the South Florida Ave. location, not at the main dealership on SR 33. I can only speak for how I was treated at this location.

Wonderful Experience: I can not say enough good things about this dealership. The salesman(Hamid) was very nice. He wasnt pushy or over zealous. He was knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and found the right car for me without a lot of game playing.The managers all greeted me and couldnt be nicer. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Nissan to check them out. This was one sale I walked away with without a nervous stomach or empty wallet. Thanks to the great ppl at Jenkins.
