User Rating: 2 out of 5 starswill not go back unless management changes: We have stayed here on 2 sep. occassions. The 1st time we loved it. Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Lakeland. It was clean and lovely. The 2nd time, about 6 months later, things were different. One of the duvet covers had a blood spot and i notified housekeeping. It was never changed. No mattress pads were on the beds, and to me that is unclean. They informed me they didn't have any and one of their housekeeping guys told me that half the time the maids didn't even change the sheets. So this is our experience with this hotel.

We stayed there for the first time in Jan. 09 and our duvet had blood on it too! and the sheets the next night had blood on them! I wrote a letter to the manager and never received ANY type of response
