User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNice people but VERY VERY SLOW: I HATE saying bad things about places.. but being a merchant.. I have to go to MANY banks.. and this is the SLOWEST one I have EVER been to.. Just to cash checks I have to stand in line a good 15-20 min.. and it is ALWAYS so hot in this bank... I die of sweat.. I think it is the HUGE windows facing the morning sun.. but still so hang curtians.. Other then being slow and hot.. it is a nice bank.. but so far I have been there a total of 5 different times and every time I have waited a LONG time.. I remember once there was only 4 people in front and I thought KEWL I won't have to wait to long.. WRONG.. It was still a long wait.. because they only have like 2 tellers on at one time.. HIRE MORE PEOPLE..

Since I have posted this review they did change things.. no more waiting in line or at least the past few times I have gone.. A++++ Bank of America!!! 2 thumbs up!!!
