STOP~USE SOMEONE ELSE~THIS PLACE IS UNRELIABLE, I SENT MY Mother Flowers for Mothers day~ Ordered on Friday-Its Tuesday an still no delivery!! AND THEY WON'T REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN'T TAKE ANYTHING TO HER!!!Im out 69.00+6.95 and my mom still has no FLOWERS! TRY ELSE WHERE~~!!!!

STOP!!! Use another florist !!!!: I ordered flowers for my parents 54th Anniv. They took the order and said they would deliver that afternoon. My parents were not at home when they delivered them so they took them back. (They never tried to ask a neighbor or thought to leave them on the porch). They did leave a tag on the door saying a delivery had been attempted and to call. My mom called and they said they wouldn't come back out (the florist is about 3 miles from my mom's house) because it was to late and it would be delivered first thing today. I called at 8:30 am today and the delivery guy said he was bringing them right then. At 11:00 they still had not arrived so I called the office again and told the same guy to cancel my order. (11:00am to me was not first thing) and I no longer wanted them and to have a manager call me. After one more call to them I spoke to a women who explained that their policy was not to leave them. I told her to cancel them and after about a 15 minute argument she said she would but I would still be billed the $6.95 delivery fee. So my advise to you would be to stop and use another florist.

Bought flowers for Mom: Never delivered them, did not return any of my 6 calls in 2005. Promised my bill would be credited. Did nothing but take my money.
