They would be a very average restaurant in any metro area. That said, this is Sebring, so they are probably the best in the area, which is not saying much!
I was not really impressed with the quality of food at this restaurant. We had a large party and several people reported that their meat was dry and bland. The amount of food you get for the price is good though. It just seemed more like hotel food than "prime choice." The salad was pretty good. The Mahi Mahi looked good, but I didn't have that, so I can't say for sure.
Yiannis looks like nothing at all from the outside, but walk inside for a pleasant surprise. I have been to all the better restaurants in Sebring but nothing competes with Yiannis. You would have to drive at least 90 minutes to find another restaurant to compare with Yiannis and then pay considerably more. I have eaten a Yiannis several times over the past two years and it has always been consistently wonderful. They have a nice selection of wines and real chef prepared meals that are a cut above the chain restaurants.

Yahoo doesn't ask you to report how your friends said the food was. Often, people who do not dine frequently, do not know how to order steak properly. What is exactly, 'hotel food'?
