    I had the pleasure to dine at Homer's in Sebring last weekend and I was pleasantly surprised. I like buffet style restaurants, whether it be Chinese or traditional American cuisine. Homer's beats Golden Corral and Barnhills (which is now closed). The atmosphere is rather sophisticated, the wide variety of food is presented very nicely and most importantly, the food tastes fresh.
    I will be back!!!
